David Cudd


Director & Founder

David has operated in the London property market since 2006. He has worked for some of the industry’s most recognised agencies across a variety of sectors before establishing Garrison Estates in 2018.

As an expert in sales, lettings and new build developments he has a wealth of experience across several industry sectors all with a London focus. Over time David has earned great loyalty from landlords, vendors and developers alike which has been established through integrity, hard work and passion. He is well known for his genuine, friendly style of service and honest advice to his clients.

David is an avid sports fan and can often be found on Wednesday evenings playing five a side games with friends and colleagues. He is a keen Arsenal supporter, passionate England Rugby fan and modest golfer. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with his family who live in Buckinghamshire.

Kay Meshkin-Pour


Director

After a successful career in PR for IT companies in Paris (France), Kay started to work in the London property market in 2006. With his ambition to succeed and determination to deliver the best service possible, Kay worked for the same North-West London based estate agency for 14 years. He was responsible for the significant growth of the company and managed a team to establish the agency as leaders in the area. Throughout his career to date, he gained invaluable skills in sales management, negotiation, problem solving, leadership and decision making.

Kay has a very unique way to work with clients. He has been able to build long-term relationships and gain repetitive business throughout his career; a statement of his achievement within the industry.

Outside of work, Kay is a keen foodie and loves discovering new cuisines. He also loves a sport with a racquet. From tennis to ping-pong, badminton to squash, he is always up for the challenge! Kay spends most of his time out of work with his lovely wife Judy and two young children enjoying what London has to offer.

Herschel Gomez

Herschel was born on the 25th August 2020 with a burning ambition to eat as many pairs of socks and devour as many pairs of slippers as possible. With a powerful drive to succeed and determination to eat everything in the house he has excelled with a 1:1 house visit to poo ratio, all within the first 10 weeks of his life!

This incredible success rate was what caught the attention of Garrison Estates. 

Herschel has a very unique way of interacting with others. He has been able to build long-term relationships in his short life; a statement of his cuteness and ability to make people instantly fall in love with him. There can be no doubting Herschel's ability as a people puppy. 

Outside of work Herschel is a keen foodie and loves discovering new parks and green areas. He also loves to chew on almost everything. From your jeans to tissue paper, his own bed to your sofa, he is always up for a long chew!!
